Turbo, which takes the place of the previous and Busta Tournament Champion and that is provided by Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KDE), will start in September, when the Duelists will open the first pack and find out which cards have been chosen.
The Envelope Turbo products are exclusively as a reward for participation in the events of the official tournaments. The shops will be permitted to start ordering Busta Turbo and use them in their events since September 12, although it is likely that the date was postponed to next week, waiting for the envelope were distributed in all areas.

The Turbo Packs are NOT an item that is on sale, and will be available only as a reward for participation in official tournaments.
